 Learn

 About
the promoter
Veena School of Instrumental Music
was founded by Mr. S. J. Prasanna, a widely acclaimed
professional artiste and music teacher.
He is well versed
in various music instruments such as Piano, Keyboard, Accordion,
Harmonium, Mouth Organ and Saxophone. Clarionet, Guitar.
Mr. Prasanna
can play on four instruments at a time with his eyes blindfolded
coaxing the finest melodies from old Hindi & Kannada
songs.
 Encouraged by
his parents, he started playing instruments during his childhood.
He has learnt the finer points of music from various leading music
directors.
 He
has performed more than 500 shows in various clubs/hotels/resorts
in and outside Bangalore. Almost all the leading newspapers have
covered articles of his unique one man show.
His interview/show
has been aired in Doordarshan and NDTV, ETV, Asianet Suvarna
Karnataka, TV9. His instrumental music can be heard
now and then on FM during breaks and changeover. He has one of the
biggest collection of mouth-organs.
 He
brings his wide experience and expertise to the teaching profession
and currently has several students of all age
groups, from various localities in and around Bangalore
Merit
certificates are issued on successful completion of training.
 He
also offers professional consulting on buying and selling
of musical instruments.
