| OHANA ( which means honourable flower
in Japanese) was a first of its kind flower shop, housed at the lifestyle store, Cinnamon
in Bangalore and subsequently at Amethyst in Chennai. Ohana flowers are simple arrangements of a wide range of flowers in glass jars. Calla lilies of course, but also a lot of rare Orchids, gingers, proteas, wax flowers, sunflowers, nuts and berries. Although a lot of flowers are "home" grown, there are many that are sourced from remote parts of the country- often grown by non commercial flower growers that happen to have a small collection of rare heliconias or orchids in their gardens. We also undertake custom designed flower arrangements for hotels, corporates and special occasions. Ohana also imports fresh Australian flowers from time to time.
