MULTI PURPOSE SILICONE COATING & GUMMING MACHINE

Image3.jpg (7611 bytes)COATING UNIT : Coating unit provided for ordinary cold coating, solvent based gum coating, adjustable coating rollers, gum cutting roller, doctor blade tension controller for web materials, separate DC drive for coating unit.

DRYING CHAMBER : Three heating chambers with the total length of 14', Rod heaters 12 nos fitted in one chamber with blower, Two exhaust fans for controling the temperature in the chamber, free guide rollers for easy movement of materials and inner portion of chamber is painted with aluminium paint for heat protection.

PRESSING UNIT : Pressing unit with feeding table for sheet feeding, pressing rubber roller with the dia of 4". Two nos of heated drum 6" with 1 KW heater provided on both ends of the chamber. Guide rollers for tension control & heavy clutch for rewind with reverse forward drive.

PRINTING UNIT :
Printing unit provided for printing on silicone paper. The unit will be attached before coating unit.

CONTROL PANEL :
Master panel with moving attachment will be provided & control at coating & pressing will be given separately. Emergency OFF for coating & pressing units are provided.
3 HP DC motor for pressing unit & 1 HP DC motor for coating unit. Thermocontroller for maintaining the temperature in the chambers. Independent control for heaters, blowers, fans, light etc., are provided.

REEL STAND :
One heavy real stand with all side adjustments for loading the paper roll & one unwind for ordinary lamination with brake & side adjustment.

  • Simple cold lamination attachment.
  • Silicone coating attachment.
  • One colour rotogravure printing.

Other Features :
Carbon Paper Coating, Bopp Self Adhesive, Wax Coating, Flourescent Coating etc., can be incorporated.
